My Bio
Highly accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in PK-12 and higher education focused on student success and building connections with others to deepen engagement and impact. As a lifelong educator, she gives back to the next generation of educators as an Adjunct Professor at University of Houston Clear Lake. Understanding the complexities of educational leadership and quality programs and services, she consults in the areas of vision and strategy, program evaluations, project management, data-driven frameworks, and curriculum and instruction.
Furthermore, Precious has direct knowledge of what it means to advance in one’s career and personal life despite adversity. Her ability to persevere with grace and grit, serves as the foundation of her coaching approach. She interweaves vision and strategy to aid her clients to stratosphere, live their highest levels personally and professionally. She seeks to understand through questions, active listening, and compassion. Dr. Precious Parks empowers her clients to articulate and lean into their values, strengths, and aims to action plan the lives they want to live.
Precious Parks holds a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Houston, a M.S. in Early Childhood Education and an Ed.D in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston Clear Lake. She is a wife and mom of 4 (3 girls and 1 boy). In her spare time she loves to workout, read, travel, go camping (glamping), and create music.
